Wisconsin cinema brewery wins big at U.S. Open Beer Championship

A Wisconsin cinema brewery earned two medals at the 2025 U.S. Open Beer Championship, as announced in a press release.

Flix Brewhouse Madison, located on 85 East Towne Way, took home a gold medal for its Tangerine Saison in the Belgian-style fruit beer category and a silver medal for its 10-Day Scottish Ale.

The championship, known for drawing thousands of entries, is a significant event in the brewing industry.

“Quality has always been at the heart of everything we do,” said Josh Miller, national brewery operations manager. “This recognition is a testament to the dedication of our brewers and their commitment to delivering something exceptional to our guests.

Flix Brewhouse operates 11 locations in six states, including Wisconsin.
