Eagle Park Brewing Co. buys SoulBoxer ready-to-drink cocktail brand

Eagle Park Brewing and Distilling Co. has acquired a Milwaukee-based ready-to-drink cocktail brand – and plans to introduce a variety of canned cocktails.

In a March 30 news release, the Milwaukee-area brewer announced its acquisition of SoulBoxer Cocktail Co., a Milwaukee company founded in 2015 that produces bottled cocktails.

“SoulBoxer has built an incredible reputation for quality and authenticity,” Eagle Park co-founder Max Borgardt said in the release. “We see huge potential to bring that same craftsmanship into new formats and categories including canned cocktails, non-alcoholic canned cocktails, and THC-infused offerings, while staying true to what makes SoulBoxer special.”
