3 Sheeps Brewing Introduces Newest Core Beer, Two Tree, a Mid-Strength IPA
Introducing 3 Sheeps Brewing’s newest core beer, Two Tree, which is a mid-strength, hazy IPA that is low on alcohol by volume and big on flavor that will be released on Saturday, Nov. 7.
He said there are health reasons that people are drinking less alcohol and how society is changing socially with people wanting to go to a bar and maybe only want to drink one beer. With Two Tree, they could have two beers. “Two Tree is for that growing middle ground of less alcohol than a traditional hazy IPA without tasting like a compromise. He said, “There are only a handful of mid-strength IPAs in Wisconsin.”
Pauly said that Two Tree gets its name from Wisconsinites saying “two or three” which sometimes turns into “a couple two t’ree.”
